The camera allows to store a normal JPG foto file beside the 3D MPO file, but do we need that? If you want to display the pictures on a TV or media box etc. maybe, because MPO support is still bad. But if you only use your PC this is waste of space. The best thing is: you can tell Windows Explorer and Windows Photo Viewer to show your MPOs. There are two ways:

• rename the file extension from MPO to JPG – each programm which can open JPG files should now display/edit the picture from the left lens (boring, and you risk losing the second foto if you e.g. rotate the picture)
• follow these instructions to tell windows how to handle MPO files, and the Windows Photo Viewer and Explorer will display the left lens picture (this is the cool way!): http://www.munsil.com/MPO_registry.html

It’s not obvisious, but I had to install libtool-ltdl:

yum install libtool-ltdl.x86_64

I found it using pkgs.org.

The same applies to libdbi.so.0()(64bit) – I installed it using yum install libdbi

Gerade im Umgang mit Frauen ist es natürlich nicht von Nachteil, sich gerade in einer schwierigen Situation passend verhalten zu können

OK, wo bekomme ich das?

Wie jedoch macht man das? Wie schafft man es andere Menschen zu verstehen? Warum ist das so schwer selbst wenn man sich noch so bemüht?

Empathie zu erwerben ist eigentlich ganz einfach und schwierig zugleich. Es bedarf viel Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen. Und zwar vor allem folgender:

• Habe ich in meinem Leben schon mit vielen Menschen Kontakt gehabt und meine Erlebnisse danach reflektiert – Optimalerweise indem ich über das Verhalten anderer mir gegenüber (und meine Reaktionen darauf) mit anderen Menschen spreche.
• Habe ich in meinem Leben schon viele Gespräche geführt, wo mir Freunde (oder manchmal auch Unbekannte) Einblick in ihre Gefühlswelt gegeben haben, wie sich für sie zwischenmenschliche Situationen dargestellt haben.
• Erhalte ich in meinem Leben von anderen Menschen Feedback zu meinem Verhalten und kann ich dieses Feedback auch neutral und nicht wertend annehmen.
  Das Feedback kommt nicht unbedingt automatisch – Stelle ich auch entsprechende Fragen? Habe ich das Selbstbewusstsein dafür?
• Habe ich schon in einer Beziehung gelebt, in der es möglich war neutral und ohne Streit über den Umgang miteinander zu reden, optimalerweise mehrere Stunden pro Woche (!).
• War ich selbst schon in schwierigen Lebens-Situationen und habe diese erfolgreich gemeistert.

Empathie ist somit nicht etwas, was man in einem Wochenendseminar lernt. Es Bedarf der ständigen Übung

Zwei wichtige Punkte noch:

Erstens: Früher sah ich es als extrem negativ, wenn sich Leute hinter dem Rücken einer anderen Person über diese unterhalten haben, und es dabei natürlich oft um dessen schlechte Eigenschaften gegangen ist. Dieses “jemand anderen ausrichten” habe ich immer hässlich gefunden. Aber über die Vielzahl der Gespräche kommen viele Meinungen zusammen und sehr oft auch Leute, die Verhaltensweisen richtig deuten können. Man möchte einfach andere Menschen einschätzen lernen. So, dass ich mich in die Person hineinversetzen kann….

Zweitens:  Gerade wenn man als Mann versucht, sich in die Gefühlswelt einer Frau hineinzuversetzen – man denkt dann doch: “wie würde sich ein Mann in der Situation verhalten”. Aber man kann es lernen und dazu möchte ich jedem die oben angeführten Punkte ans Herzen legen.

This is necessary because unforunatelly the modem will not switch to it’s modem mode until the correct windows drivers are installed.

Turning off Clear Type is also no Solution because many Windows UI Elements will start looking ugly.

So for Total Commander best way is to use “MS Sans Serif” instead of “Microsoft Sans Serif” for all elements.

Update: I switched to Segoe UI,9,b for the file lists and Segoe UI,8,b for the main window because this fonts also has Unicode Support and looks quite good.

In the beginning I did a complete restart, but at the moment I do a net stop server and net start server (in german its namend server, service name is LanmanServer = svchost.exe -k netsvcs) from the command line to bring the service up again.

If anyone has a permanent solution it would be great!

First I fixed the ‘/components/com_joomgallery/classes/cooliris.class.php’ by replacing all urlencode with htmlspecialchars like it is described at this Forum Thread.

But as my page has an “ü” in the title the atom feed was still not usable for Cooliris. So I patched the Title Tag to

<title>'.urlencode($mosConfig_sitename).'</title>

and everything worked!

The solution I found is to delete the Directory C:\Users\<your user id>\Program Files\DNA (on Vista, you can see the location in the extensions.cache file in your Firefox profile folder).

If you cannot delete this directory run msconfig and uncheck the BitTorrent DNA item at the System Start page, afterwards restart your system.

As far as I can interpret the Wiki page I do not need this tool, and my BitTorrent runs without problems without DNA.

Unknown 1 (Invalid)
The selected virtual machine is not recognized on this system. The cause of this problem may be that the virtual machine’s .vmx file is corrupted, or that the virtual machine version is newer than is recognized by the host. You can remove the virtual machine from the inventory if you believe that it is not recoverable.

I used VMWare Workstation 4.5.2 to upgrade my 3.x virtual machines to a current machine for 4.5.2 and afterwards I was able to open it using Server 2.0.1.

VMware Tools is not supported on this guest OS.
Check the virtual machine’s configuration to make sure the settings match the installed operating system. Consult the documentation for more details about supported guest operating systems.

Workaround: Use VI-Client 2.0 to start the Installation or mount the Installer ISO from <VMWare-Installation-Dir>\windows.iso
